Returns and Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience after the product has been shipped.
If a defective product or an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us within seven days of receipt using the contact form below.

Please note that if you return a product without prior notice, we will not be able to process your request.

While we ensure careful inspection, packaging, and delivery, if the product is damaged or if the delivered product differs from your order (wrong product, wrong quantity), we will accept returns and exchanges. (In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.)
Please contact us within seven days of receiving the product.

Even if a defective or incorrect product is delivered, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience
  • More than seven days have passed since the product arrived
  • Part of the product, including accessories, has been lost due to customer responsibility
  • The product has been damaged or soiled by the customer
  • The product is in good condition
  • A different product from the purchased one is requested for exchange
  • The product has been used by the customer even once
  • The product has been repaired by the customer
  • The defective product is not returned
  • Orders from outside Japan
  • Other cases where we determine that we cannot accept the return or exchange
