Any forwarding or reshipping of an order to an address other than the shipping address specified at the time of purchase will be at the customer's expense.

Please note that customers cannot select their preferred shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping within Japan

Orders of ¥10,000 (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

If the order total falls below ¥10,000 after applying coupons or points, shipping fees will apply.

Estimated Shipping Time

In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 business days.
This excludes weekends, public holidays, summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other extended holiday periods.

For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on each product page.

  • Shipping services are suspended on weekends, public holidays, during summer holidays, and over the year-end and New Year holiday period.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • Once your order has been placed, we are unable to accept requests to change or specify the shipping date or delivery date.
