KNT365 IS FOUNDED
KNT365 IS FOUNDED
KNT365 began with one simple idea:
To create pieces that are good for the planet, people and animals, and made to be used 365 days a year.
We established KNT365 OSAKA LAB as our own production base, introducing 3D knitting machines and building an environment where we could be involved in every stage, from development to production.
For us, making has never been only about what something looks like, but also how it comes into being.
That remains at the heart of KNT365 today.
2021
Launched KNITTY and MAM
Knitty and Mam, two pieces that would come to represent KNT365, were born.
We began exploring knitting beyond the conventional idea of “knitwear”, applying the technology to objects that could become part of everyday life.
From bags to small accessories, each new piece gradually expanded the possibilities of what KNT365 could make.
Rather than allowing technology to determine what we create, we began with what we wanted to make—and considered the technology from there.
That approach continues to shape KNT365 today.
2026
OUR NEW CHAPTER
2026 brought a series of changes—through our stores, our organisation and circumstances we could not always foresee.
Within those changes, we found ourselves returning once again to the beginning.
What do we make? Why do we make it? And where do we go from here?
We do not have every answer.
So we continue by looking closely, thinking for ourselves and making with our own hands.
KNT365 is entering a new chapter.
We made this. So we can tell you how.

We develop the concept, shape the design, choose the materials, and determine how each piece should be knitted.
At KNT365, we are involved in every step of the process—from yarn to finished piece.

That may mean we’re not perfect.
But we know where, by whom, and how each piece was made.
And that is something we can speak about in our own words.
