Return and Refund Policy

Regarding Product Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience after the product has been shipped.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us using the form below within seven days of receipt.

Please note that if you return a product without prior notice, we may not be able to process your request.

We take every precaution in inspection, packaging, and delivery, but if a product is damaged or if you receive an incorrect item (wrong product, wrong quantity), we will accept returns and exchanges. (In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.)
Please contact us within seven days of receiving the product.

Even if you receive a defective or incorrect product, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience
  • More than seven days have passed since the product arrived
  • Part of the product, including accessories, has been lost due to customer responsibility
  • The product has been damaged or soiled by the customer
  • The product is in good condition
  • A different product from the purchased one is requested for exchange
  • The product has been used by the customer even once
  • The product has been repaired by the customer
  • The defective product is not returned
  • Orders from outside Japan
  • Other cases where we determine that we cannot accept the return or exchange

Please note that for returns, refunds will be processed after the product is returned.
