About Shipping

I want to change the delivery address?

If you change your address before your package is shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form and state your desired address.

However, once a tracking number has been assigned to the package, it cannot be modified before it is shipped. In that case, after receiving the notification that the product has been shipped (shipping completion email), please contact the shipping company directly yourself to make the changes.

*If the package arrives in the morning, it may arrive before the scheduled time, so there is no guarantee it will arrive.
*If you are in a hurry, please contact the shipping company directly.
*If you need to have your parcel forwarded to another jurisdiction, an additional fee (cash on delivery) will be charged. The fee varies depending on the distance, so please inquire with the delivery company.

Can I provide gift wrapping?

It's possible. On the cart screen when purchasing a product, Please check "I would like earth-friendly wrapping (wrapping made of recycled paper)". (There is a fee)
It cannot be added after the order is confirmed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the work. For regular sales works, it will be shipped within 3 business days, and for pre-order sales works, please be sure to check the individual work pages and the order confirmation email. Please note that each order will be shipped once. Works with later scheduled shipping dates will be shipped together.

Can I purchase regular sales items and pre-order items at the same time?

Although it is possible, it will be shipped together with the pre-ordered item.

I want to cancel my order

We cannot accept cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns due to customer convenience after the product order has been confirmed. Please check before placing your order.

I want to change my payment method

Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the order details or payment method. Please be sure to check before confirming your order.

Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or deferred payment (Paidy).

*Credit cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express. (Only lump-sum payments are accepted.)
*Currently, ShopPay only accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
*ApplePay is only available online and VISA brand cards made in Japan cannot be used.

I haven't received a confirmation email after making a payment

After you place your order, we will send you an automated email.
The sender address of the automatically sent email will be info@knt365.jp.

If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder. Also, if you are using a carrier email address, the spam filter function may be automatically rejecting emails sent from Shopify. Please set up your email address to receive emails from info@knt365.jp or the domain to receive emails from knt365.jp. Please note that automatically sent emails cannot be resent.

I want to check my order history

You can check your order history from My Page. Or, check the order completion email and the shipping completion email. Please note that we do not include a delivery note with the product shipment.

About accounts

I want to change my account information

You can change your delivery address and name from My Page. You can also change your email address by contacting us or from My Page on the app.

I accidentally created multiple accounts and want to merge them

We do not allow the merging of accounts. In principle, creating multiple accounts is prohibited in our store.

I want to delete my account

Please tap "Apply for cancellation" from your My Page in the app. If you have not downloaded the app, please contact us here to request deletion and include the email address registered to your account.

If you contact us through the inquiry form, we will reply within 1-2 business days. If you are using a carrier email address, the emails we send may be automatically rejected by the spam filter. Please set knt365.jp as a designated domain for receiving emails.

I want a receipt

As we do not issue invoices or receipts, please use the payment receipt sent by your credit card company as a substitute for your payment receipt, along with the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase as your receipt.

What is ShopPay?

Shop Pay is a system that allows you to register your payment information in advance and make smooth payments when you make a purchase. From the second time onwards, your payment information will be automatically entered, allowing you to quickly complete the process from shopping cart to checkout.
*Currently, ShopPay only accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

What is Paidy?

Paidy is a cardless payment service provided by Paidy Co., Ltd. No prior registration is required; you can shop with just your email address and phone number.

All purchases made with Paidy in a month will be charged in full the following month. You can check your Paidy invoice on the 1st of the following month in myPaidy (the account you create when you first use Paidy).

Please pay by convenience store, bank transfer or direct debit according to the payment method listed on the billing notice.
The fee is 390 yen (tax included) if you pay at a convenience store.
*Only lump-sum payment is accepted.

Depending on the amount of your purchase, you may not be able to use this service due to credit restrictions.
