What are points?
These are points that you can earn by purchasing products on this site. Points will be awarded according to the purchase amount and membership rank. Accumulated points can be used at the time of purchase, with 1 point = 1 yen. Points will be awarded when the product is shipped.
How can I check my points?
You can check the number of points you have on your My Page .
Do points have an expiration date?
Points earned through your purchase do not expire.
Regarding the awarding of ranks
We will assign an initial rank according to the amount of eligible purchases made on or after January 1, 2024. In principle, your membership rank will not go down, but please note that your rank will only go down if your cumulative purchase amount falls below the rank requirements due to returns, cancellations, etc.
Please note that the cumulative purchase amount for rank up will only be calculated for orders that have already been shipped. For pre-order items, the rank will be calculated at the time of shipment.
List of reward items
STEP 1. After logging in, click the "Exchange" button to exchange your rewards.
STEP 2. Once you receive the email, tap the "Complete Purchase" button and proceed to the purchase screen.
STEP 3. Enter the shipping address for your reward item.
STEP 4. Once you have completed the purchase, the exchange will be completed.
There are no shipping or fees.
