【THE KNT 365 HOUSE 原宿店 営業終了のお知らせ】
いつもKNT365を応援してくださり、誠にありがとうございます。
およそ半年間にわたり、いつも応援してくださっている皆さまには、たくさんのご心配をおかけしてしまいました。 心よりお詫び申し上げます。
正直にお伝えすると、KNT365はこの数か月、本当に大きな変化と難しい状況の中にありました。 3月末に創業者・前代表のじゅんさんが代表を退任した後、スタッフ、ラボ、これまで築いてきたお客様やお取引先の皆さまとの関係を守るため、日々できる限りのことに向き合ってまいりました。 しかし、そのすべてが十分に行き届いていたとは思っておりません。
ご不安やご迷惑をおかけしてしまった皆さまに、この場をお借りして深くお詫び申し上げます。
この数か月、私たちは、自分たちの在り方、お客様への届け方、皆さまとの関係性について、とにかく考え、葛藤してきました。
そして様々な経緯を経て、THE KNT 365 HOUSE 原宿店は、2026年6月28日をもちまして営業を終了することとなりました。
原宿店は、KNT365の作品を直接手に取っていただき、国内外のお客様とお会いできる、とても大切な場所でした。 店頭で声をかけてくださった方、メッセージをくださった方、変わらず作品を選んでくださった方。 皆さまの存在に、私たちは何度も支えられてきました。 この場所でKNT365と出会ってくださった皆さま、足を運んでくださった皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。
原宿店としての営業は一度区切りとなりますが、KNT365は続いていきます。
これまで大切にしてきた地球、人、動物への想い、お客様とのつながり、そしてKNT365らしい表現を、もう一度きちんと整え、次の形でお届けできるよう準備を進めてまいります。
今後の展開につきましては、公式Instagramおよびオンラインストアにて順次お知らせいたします。 ご心配をおかけした皆さまにも、これからのKNT365も応援したいと思っていただけるよう、誠実に前進してまいります。 残り短い期間ですが、皆さまと店頭でお会いできることを心より楽しみにしてお待ちしております。

Thank you, as always, for your continued support of KNT365.
Over the past several months, we know that many of you who have always supported us have been worried about KNT365.
For that, we sincerely apologize.
To speak honestly, KNT365 has been going through a period of significant change and difficulty over the past few months.
Since the end of March, when our founder and former representative, Jun-san, stepped down from his role, we have been doing everything we could each day to protect our team, our lab, and the relationships we have built with our customers and partners.
Even so, we do not believe that we were able to handle everything as well as we should have.
To everyone who felt uncertainty, concern, or inconvenience during this time, we offer our deepest apologies.
Over these past few months, we have continued to think deeply and wrestle with who we are, how we deliver our work, and how we build and nurture our relationship with all of you.
After many developments and much consideration, THE KNT 365 HOUSE Harajuku will close on June 28, 2026.
Our Harajuku store has been an incredibly important place for us: a place where you could see and touch KNT365 pieces in person, and where we could meet customers from Japan and around the world.
To everyone who spoke with us in store, sent us messages, and continued to choose our pieces during this time:
Your presence has supported us more than you know.
To everyone who discovered KNT365 in this space, and to everyone who visited us here, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
While our Harajuku store will be closing, KNT365 will continue.
We are now preparing to carefully reshape and refine what we have always held dear: our commitment to the earth, people, and animals; our connection with our customers; and the expression that makes KNT365 what it is.
We will continue to share updates through our official Instagram and online store.
We will move forward with sincerity, so that those of you who have worried about us can once again feel glad to support the future of KNT365.
Although only a short time remains, we look forward to welcoming you at the store until our final day.
